Seisan is one of the three technique methods introduced from China. There are "seisan", "sanchin" and "sanseiryu" "sandairui", "seisan" still remains a technique within the Chinese Kempo. This produced the practical crane fist form and is the basic form in Uechi Schools. Open hand and kicking techniques using toes are also prominent in Seisan, along with the crane form are characteristics of this school.
